Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. Others may share and adapt the work, including commercially, provided the original author and journal are credited.

By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to the copyright agreement, effective upon publication. The signed agreement template will be linked here after the editorial office supplies the approved PDF.
